Dustin is known for being an optimistic, effective leader who jumps in and gets things done. A true collaborator and motivator, he leads with empathy and truly enjoys connecting with his team and clients. On his off time, he’s big live music fan, a skier and traveler.

Julie brings almost two decades of experience in the real estate industry. She has deep real estate and title insurance knowledge, able to advise clients in almost any scenario. Julie also has a strong grasp of business development strategies and techniques that the teams she leads benefit from, as well as the clients with whom she works. Well-respected in the industry and a natural leader, Julie brings value to every situation. In her free time you will likely find her walking the many trails in North Bend, spending time with her daughter, or enjoying her firepit with friends. Julie would love to meet with you and learn about your business goals and create a meaningful connection!

Heidi joins Capital Title with eighteen years of Escrow experience and a reputation for hard work, effective communication, and the ability to create a positive closing experience for all! As a Bellevue native, Heidi knows the Pacific Northwest market and how to engage in it, keeping her focus on being proactive with clients and colleagues as they overcome hurdles together. An industry leader in every way, Heidi is passionate about building trust and collaboration; she always seeks to work with the best, for the best. Outside of real estate, Heidi can be found adventuring with her kids, trying new foods and wines, pursing artistic endeavors, watching the Seahawks, and helping with community needs. Tamara has been closing for clients in the beautiful Pacific Northwest for over 20 years. Her attention to detail and commitment to connecting with her clients is unmatched.
